To properly view a PDF, it is recommended that you download the PDF to your computer first, then open the PDF with Adobe® Acrobat® Reade®, rather than opening it within your Web browser.
To download a PDF:
- Right click on the link you wish to download. A menu will pop up on the screen.
- Choose "Save Link As..." or "Save Target As..."
- Choose the location on your computer where you'd like to save the PDF.
- Click on "Save."
To open a PDF:
- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
- From the "File" menu, choose "Open."
- Find the location on your computer where you saved the PDF file.
- Click "Open."
