2006 Region A DMERC Fee Schedule
The DME MAC Jurisdiction A fee schedule is available in three formats - HTML, Compressed Microsoft Excel, and PDF.
Inclusion or exclusion of a fee schedule amount for an item or service does not imply any health insurance coverage.
The 2006 Region A DMERC Fee Schedule has been revised. The missing "MOD 2" column has been added to each of the fee schedules.
Please update any materials you may have previously downloaded from this section of the Web site.
HTML Files
The 2006 fee schedule is presented here broken down by category. Click the desired category link to access fees for that category.
For best results, when printing 2006 Fee Schedules you may need to set the Page Orientation to 'Landscape' in your Print Properties.
To set your Page Orientation to 'Landscape' using Netscape or Internet Explorer:
- From the File menu, choose Page Setup.
- From the Page Setup window, choose Landscape, under Orientation.
Compressed Microsoft Excel File
2006 Fee Schedule - Compressed Microsoft Excel File (89KB) - This is a compressed (.zip) Microsoft Excel file. In order to open this file, you will need software capable of decompressing files, such as WinZip.

2006 Fee Schedule - PDF File (389KB) - This downloadable file is provided using Adobe® Acrobat's Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view and print PDF documents, you must first download the current Adobe Acrobat® Reader® program. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and available for all major computer platforms. Download Adobe Acrobat Reader from Adobe's Web site.

Instructions for Downloading and Viewing a PDF
To properly view a PDF, it is recommended that you download the PDF to your computer first, then open the PDF with Adobe® Acrobat® ReaderT, rather than opening it in within your Web browser.
To download a PDF:
- Right click on the link you wish to download. A menu will pop up on the screen.
- Choose "Save Link As..."
- Choose the location on your computer where you'd like to save the PDF.
- Click on "Save."
To open a PDF:
- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
- From the "File" menu, choose "Open."
- Find the location on your computer where you saved the PDF file.
- Click "Open."
