The DME MAC Jurisdiction A fee schedule is available in three formats - HTML, Compressed Microsoft Excel, and PDF.

Inclusion or exclusion of a fee schedule amount for an item or service does not imply any health insurance coverage.

For best results, when printing the January 2007 Fee Schedules (Revised 04/02/2007) you may need to set the Page Orientation to 'Landscape' in your Print Properties.

To set your Page Orientation to 'Landscape' using Netscape or Internet Explorer:
  1. From the File menu, choose Page Setup.
  2. From the Page Setup window, choose Landscape, under Orientation.
