Attention All Providers:
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Division of Contractor Provider Communications will host an All Customer Service Representative (CSR) Conference Call. This call will provide all provider contact center CSRs with an opportunity to learn about current CMS initiatives and exchange ideas across contact centers as well as between CMS and the front line of provider customer service. - Important News about J14 MAC Part B Reopening and Redetermination Requests
To improve service, the NHIC, Corp. Part B Reopening/Redetermination Request Form has been eliminated; each type of request now has its own form. The Reopening Process educational article was recently revised for Clerical Error Reopenings to ensure proper handling and improve efficiency for responding to Reopening and Redetermination requests.
To request a Clerical Error Reopening, please complete the Clerical Error Reopening Request Form and mail or fax to:
