Physician Fee Schedules – Format Assistance

The format you choose will depend on the primary use for the file.

Downloading - To download this information into your software or billing system, select the Comma Separated Value (CSV) option. This is the most commonly used format for loading directly into existing software and systems. Downloading this format can save time that would be used in keying the information.

Printing - If you intend to print the Physician Fee Schedule information, choose the PDF option. This provides the clearest copy for printing.

Searching – If you want to search for a code, choose the Text option. Open the file, then go to “Edit” on your browser bar. Choose “Find”. Type in the procedure code you are looking for, and click on “Find Next”

Viewing on-screen - If you wish to view the information on your computer screen, select the Text option. While you can print using this option, the PDF version provides a much clearer copy.
