Question: Will the paid date or check number be available via IVR on claims where the total allowed amount went to the deducible?

Answer:  NHIC is currently working on this issue. An updated response will be posted as soon as it is available.

 

Question: Will touch tone instructions be made available?

Answer: Touch tone instructions are being developed and will be posted as soon as they are available.
